so, mmm muscle gain crunch.

so here it is.
now that were all happy fat and full.
heres the recipe to that delicious yummy snackie we just had.

2 cups corn chex
2 cups rice chex
2 cups wheat chex
2 cups quaker oat squares (preferably brown sugar kind)
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup honey chopped almonds (i used the sliced ones you put on salads)
1 cup craisens
1 cup vanilla ADVOCARE muscle gain. OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(toss all together in a BIG bowl until well covered with muscle gain)
melt 1/2 cup smart balance butter & 1 cup honey or aguave nector and pour over mix and coat well.
throw onto a pam sprayed pan and bake at 325* for 30 minutes... STIRRING EVERY 10 MINUTES until coconut is browned.

so yum.
